The color shown in the images above is Silver for the base and Red for Knob.
Valve Index Headset Adjuster Knob, an awesome way to adjust the strap length on your headset each time you play. Made by two parts which can always be taken apart if wanted to and repainted in any color or given a rusted finish using spray paint. The Knob fits in place of the old one, and are easily interchangeable.

Primary Color - Base Color ( in this case Gray)
Knob Color - Valve Knob ( in this case Red)
♻️This item is 3D printed with PLA(Polylactic acid), safe, biodegradable, and made from renewable biomass.
PLA products are not able to sustain high temperature so it is best to avoid temperatures over 55°C (130°F) for the model to keep its original shape.

The design changed a bit from a one-piece model to two separate pieces for the base and knob part. Functionality remains the same.
